Returns and Exchanges

If you don't love it - return it. 

We believe in the quality of our clothing, and want you to enjoy your Life Threads T-Shirt. However, if you don't love your new Tee, or simply want another size or style, we'll happily return or exchange it, at no cost to you.

All we ask is that you email us within 28 days of receiving your clothing, and that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. 

We'll send you out a reply paid envelope for you to return the item to us at no charge to you.

To return or exchange an item:

1. Email scott@lifethreadsclothing.com.au

Please indicate the date of purchase, which items you would like to return, and whether you are requesting a return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the style, size and colour you would prefer.

2. We'll send you a reply paid envelope

3. Return the item to us at  1/11 Myuna Road, Blackmans Bay, TAS 7052

4. We'll inspect the items to ensure they are in original condition, and notify you via email once we have processed your refund or exchange.
